Moved to Meditate and Spiral Path Yoga LLC respects your right to privacy.

Any information you provide us is kept strictly confidential and will be used only for its intended purposes inside Moved to Meditate. We do not share or sell any of your information with outside parties. We will never spam you with unauthorized email.

We collect the email addresses of those who post messages to our forums, communicate with us via email, and otherwise volunteer said information, during activities such as surveys and/or site or newsletter registrations.

If you supply us with your postal address online, you will only receive the information via the supplied address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.

With respect to cookies: Our site contains minimal cookies, which we utilize to maximize the customer experience on our site.

With respect to ad servers: We reserve the right to utilize Ads to promote our site as a destination. However, we do not host advertisements on our platform at this time.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

With respect to consumer information: For your protection, no credit card or other sensitive information is stored on our site. Your consumer information is processed via our secure payment provider Stripe.

Moved to Meditate Refund + Cancellation Policy

Moved to Meditate does not give refunds for purchases or subscriptions. There are no refunds for unused time while a member or subscriber to the service.

Customers can cancel their membership and future subscription payments without penalty at any time.

DISCLAIMER & MEDICAL ALERT:

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, young, or super fit to practice yoga. The beauty of yoga is that it is infinitely adaptable, and we’re here to prove that anyone can do it, even if your practice is simply the yoga of mindful breathing. (Of course, if you are flexible, strong, young, or super fit, you’re welcome here, too.)

However, not all exercises, movements, poses, meditations, or videos in this library are suitable for everyone. Please use caution when participating in any activity described and offered here. Especially if you have an active or recent injury, or an ongoing condition, please check with your trusted healthcare professional before engaging in this practice. Even though a class may take a gentle and/or therapeutic approach, it’s always best to respect your body and its timing. You are your own ultimate teacher.
